Grounded Release: Myofascial Release/Craniosacral Therapy

A 60 minute creation of sacred space and healing, MFR and CST are both rooted within Indigenous, specifically Cherokee practices of healing by listening deeply to the body and its layers of tissues. With light touch that ranges in pressure, both modalities allow for relaxation and healing of the mind, body and soul.

Fertility Massage

A 75/90/120 minute session that is focused on Fertility wellness, including abdominal massage, acupressure stimulation of the feet and some CST. Whether you are attempting to build fertility in order to conceive or simply care for your holistic wellness, this session also includes an in depth focus on a healthy menstrual cycle drawing upon nutrition, herbal supplment and fertility awareness. We will also chat about your current health goals, how to advocate with your health care provider and additional tools that fit within your wellness routine.

Pregnancy / Prenatal Massage

A 60/75/90 minute time frame to approach the aches and pains that pregnancy brings alongside the discoveries. With Swedish techniques, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, this time together is bolstered with pregnancy pillows and supports to maximize comfort and allow for relaxation and healing of body, mind and soul in such a tender time.

Postpartum Massage

A 60/75/90 minute engagement to address the changing body during (the 4th Trimester) postpartum time. There’s so much that happens during postpartum and having the time and space for your body to be held in massage can be crucial. Techniques include Swedish, Craniosacral Therapy, and abdominal work rooted in Myofascial Release to assist you in grounding back into your own body system so that you can truly be present for this new bodily experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Late cancellations (24 hours) are subject to charge of the full fee of service. The only time this is waived is for emergency instances, such as a birth, death, etc.

Refund Policy:

I do not issue refunds.
