Postpartum Night Packages: Sleep Soundly During the Postpartum Period!

  Night Visits : single visit - $222 per night/$35 per hour

Night visits are ranging 6 - 10 hours from 8/9pm - 7/8am. At most, I offer 2-4 nights of support a week during the year of the initial postpartum period (birth -  one year). These visits can include, postpartum massage, newborn care and massage, emotional support, assistance with increased sleep, establishing a night routine and household chores.

Often, family members & friends purchase night packages as a gift to new parents! I’m happy to support this facilitation. Reach out with any questions, comments, concerns!

Postpartum Day Visits:

Single visit $111/hr $25

Day visits are shorter in duration, usually 4-6 hours and ranging from 10am - 5pm, I offer 2 per week in the postpartum period. These visits can include education and newborn care, postpartum body care, emotional support, babysitting for young children, lactation support,  light household chores and food prep. 

Pelvic Steaming Guidance: Available in Office & In Home

Pelvic Steaming is an ancient practice that has been used to heal the womb space. In guidance, we talk about herbs and plant medicines that may be helpful in your healing process. After our debrief, I bring a full set up including steaming seat, cloths, blankets, music and herbs and assist you to enter a meditative state for an hour. In this time, either I or your partner will manage baby, so that you can fully have your time.

*With single sessions, I usually teach parents how to engage in a routine for baby as well as teaching the Craniosacral approach so that it can be a bonding and empowering experience for family*

Yoga/Somatic Private Work:

  • Personalized flow that you can incorporate into your daily routine as your body shifts and changes. I make a video recording so that you can follow along, or we can do bi-weekly in person sessions. I include non invasive pelvic floor exercises that can be used pre birth - postpartum. We can also apply somatic work to restoring sexual self \ processing birth trauma in weeks/months post birth to assist with a return to a vibrant and healthy sex and personal life.
